On Saturday, May 23 from 12:01 am until 4:00 am, the following remote access systems were unavailable due to system maintenance:

  • remotelabs.temple.edu
  • remoteproxy.temple.edu
  • remote.temple.edu
  • tuapps.temple.edu
  • hrp.temple.edu

For VPN Users: During this time, you were not be able to connect to Temple's network using the following websites:

  • remote.temple.edu
  • Vendor VPN
  • HIPAA VPN

Windows Users: Once the maintenance is performed, you will need to install an updated version of the Citrix Access Gateway program on your computer.

Mac Users: Once the maintenance is performed, you may need to install an updated version of the Citrix Access Gateway program on your computer.

Account activation via the Manage Accounts website (accounts.temple.edu) were problematic on Tuesday, May 20, 2020 between 3:02 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. Information Technology Services has resolved this problem.
