We are currently experiencing a service degradation affecting Exchange Online, where some users may be unable to use Outlook Classic when the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in is enabled, particularly on older Outlook versions. Microsoft has identified the root cause and is working on ensuring affected clients are updated to the latest version. In the meantime, users experiencing issues are advised to use Outlook on the web at https://tumail.temple.edu/.
