As of Friday, January 30, a new Duo Mobile prompt will appear when attempting to access or modify the following features via TUPortal:

  • Manage My Phones
  • Direct Deposit
  • Dependents
  • Equifax


The new Duo Mobile prompt that appears after entering your AccessNet username and password will look like this:
