System Status

Please be advised that Temple University employees were sent an email on Wednesday, October 1 with the subject "Mandatory Compliance Training Assigned".  

This message is authentic and is intended to notify staff of required Human Resources compliance training that must be completed by all Temple University employees by Friday, October 31.

 A sample of the message is below:

Dear , 

Welcome to Temple University’s training month, in which six mandatory training modules must be completed. The university takes great pride in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment that supports success for its students, faculty, and staff. Training is always important for an organization as complicated as a university, but it is even more critical during a time of increased visibility for higher education that Temple demonstrates our community’s commitment to following the law.

While we understand people’s busy schedules, the mandatory modules are designed to be completed in less than two hours. Specific disciplines may require additional training.?

In order to maintain uninterrupted access to university systems, including email, you must complete the mandatory training modules by October 31, 2025: click here to access the training.
