Panopto has confirmed that there is currently an issue with the "Browse" feature of the application where hierarchical folders are displaying as empty. They have identified the root cause of the issue and are working toward a resolution.
In the interim, a temporary workaround is to navigate to the "Everything" tab in the left toolbar and use the 'Search Everything' bar at the top of the page to perform searches.
The search results may vary and may include extraneous information such as individual video elements like discussions and captions.
The fix is not expected to be implemented until sometime in early October.
