Helix Access Update: Tickets to Become Read-Only Starting August 19


As we continue to implement TeamDynamix (TDX) as our new enterprise IT Service Management platform, Helix will move to a read-only state starting August 19, 2025. After this date, no new tickets or updates should be made in Helix; however, users will still be able to view tickets.

What's Next in TeamDynamix

We want to sincerely thank you for all the effort, flexibility, and collaboration during the rollout of TDX. Your hard work made the transition possible, and now that day-to-day use of the system is well underway, we’re shifting our focus to the next phase of development. Our team is actively working on best practices and guidance in several key areas to continue building out TDX in a way that supports your work and long-term goals, including:

  • Knowledge Management
  • Reporting and Dashboards
  • Problem Management
  • Asset Management
  • Change Management

As we continue developing these areas, we’ll be sharing updates and opportunities to get involved and provide feedback. Stay tuned for more communications, and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions.
