Outlook Shared Mailboxes

Be advised that some users may be unable to access shared mailboxes from Outlook On The Web (https://tumail.temple.edu).  Shared mailboxes can be accessed from the Outlook desktop client and Outlook mobile to avoid this issue.

Additionally, if you are experiencing this issue on Outlook on the web, as a potential workaround Information Technology Services recommends you sign out of the session to ensure the existing cookies are cleared, then access Outlook On The Web using the direct link for the shared mailbox, and sign in again.

Microsoft has noted a deployment fix that has been initiated and are monitoring as it progresses. Microsoft expects to have a remediation timeline by the next scheduled update.
