Due to the global AWS outage, Genesys Cloud was problematic on Monday, October 20, 2025 between 8:00 am and 7:20 pm. This impacted departments at Temple University who use this service for incoming and outgoing phone calls and chat services including the Technology Support Center, Student Financial Services (One-Stop Student Services), University Housing, Undergraduate Admissions, Office of the University Registrar and Continuing Education.
