System Status

IBM Cognos to be Upgraded on Friday (9/26)

To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be updating IBM Cognos on:

Friday, September 26 from 5:00 pm until 12:00 midnight (Eastern Time)

Cognos will be unavailable during this time.

Before the upgrade:

• If you have a report scheduled to run, either disable it or reschedule it to run after 1:00 am on Saturday, September 27.
   
• Clear out your scheduled report outputs. You can find report outputs by clicking the three dots at the right corner of the report and clicking View versions.
  
  

After the upgrade:

• Make sure to clear your browser cache before using the upgraded version of Cognos for the first time. See instructions.
