System Status

Be advised that Xtender (Banner Document Management) is experiencing problems with rendering images. We have reached out to Ellucain and received information as follows:

"OpenText is currently investigating a problem with PDFs created by Google PDF crashing Adobe PDF library used by BDM. Our team in charge of rendering server product and correct performance are working on it, but at the moment, we do not have a fix. As a temporary measure, you need to kill the offending processes."

Users may receive a message similar to the one below:
