Current Status: Resolved

Some users are reporting receiving an error message when attempting to add their Owlcard to their mobile wallet using eAccounts. Information Technology Services is attempting to determine the problem to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Error: "This card cannot be used. Remove this card and try adding it again."
