Current Status: Resolved

On Saturday, July 13 from 12:01 am to approximately 6:00 am, the following remote access systems were unavailable due to emergency system maintenance:

General Remote Access

VPN Access

Note: On Windows computers, the Citrix Secure Access Plug-In may be automatically updated. If the plug-in does not automatically update, users will be prompted to update after logging in to remote.temple.edu, HIPAAVPN or VDRVPN after the maintenance is completed
