On Sunday, June 9th, 2024, some non-IT Services users of Remote (remote.temple.edu) were unable to access Temple University resources during an active VPN session which was resolved at 5:45 p.m. This did not impact Remote Proxy, HRP, among other Citrix VPN services. If you're still having an issue, please make sure to log out of any active session and clear your browser cache and login again. IT Services along with the vendor Citrix has resolved the issue.
