Information Technology Services did perform TUportal and Banner maintenance on Saturday, April 13th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST.
During this time, users may have experience intermittent outages when accessing some Banner and related University systems. Refreshing the webpage might have resolve the issue, or waiting until the window of maintenance was completed.
Note: Systems such as Canvas, TUmail, Zoom, Microsoft 365 including OneDrive, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases were available during the maintenance window.
TUmobile was available, except for possible intermittent interruptions when trying to view class schedules or grades.
