Information Technology Services did perform TUportal and Banner maintenance on Saturday, October 14th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. During this time, users may have experience intermittent outages when accessing some Banner and related University systems. If this occured, refreshing the webpage resolved the issue, or waiting until the maintenance was completed.
Note: Systems such as Canvas, TUmail, Zoom, Microsoft 365 including OneDrive, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases were available during the maintenance window.
TUmobile was availale, except for possible intermittent interruptions when viewing class schedules or grades.
