Current Status: Resolved

On Sunday, October 1st, 2023, from 12:30 p.m. until 5:07 p.m., access to TUcredentials was problematic for Transcript Ordering. When accessing TUcredentials, an error message appeared on screen as opposed to the link to connect with the Parchment website. IT Services has resolved the issue. If you're still seeing the error message, please log out and back into TUportal or clear your browser cache and try again.
