Some students are receiving an authentication error when trying to access Parchment. Unfortunately, this is a Parchment issue, when students try to access Parchment through SSO in TUportal, the students will see this error if they are impacted:

Unable to authenticate. Please try again later

Users should contact Parchment directly at

Parchment will follow up with clients who contact them directly.
