eAccounts/OWLcard Mobile application did experience sluggish performance starting at 12:39 p.m. until 5:58 p.m. on Monday, August 22nd. The vendor has confirmed that the eAccounts system which is used to provision mobile OWLcards is now operating normally. Information Technology Services will continue to monitor service and the OWLcard Mobile application.
