On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, between 1:20 p.m. and 1:56 p.m. access to TUMarketplace was interrupted due to the reported issue below.

 

Dear Admin,

The JAGGAER US Production Environment has been restored to normal operation as of 1:56pm EST.

We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.  

Products Impacted: eProcurement, Invoicing, Contracts+, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing

JAGGAER US Production Environment began experiencing performance issues around 1:20 PM EST today, May 24, 2022. Our technical resources are engaged and working to identify and reslve this issue as quickly as possible.
