Starting at 7 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, 3/3/2022, an update for our full tunnel VPN did take place for our Windows users. Once the update is completed, please use the Firefox browser to connect with the full tunnel VPN, and update the Windows Citrix Gateway Plug-in when prompted.
Users will need to reboot their Windows workstation, as it will be required. After installing the latest version, users can use either Chrome/Edge/Firefox browsers to connect.
