Current Status: Alert

Due to recent updates to Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers, Windows users are having issues connecting to Temple's Citrix Gateway (full VPN Tunnel). Users have reported getting stuck on the connecting screen and then are prompted to download the Citrix Access Gateway plug in. RemoteProxy.temple.edu is not impacted. Information Technology Services is working with Citrix to find a resolution.

As a work-around, users should instead use the Firefox browser to connect.
