Current Status: Resolved

On Saturday, November 20th from 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 21st (EST), maintenance was performed on Temple's VPN infrastructure. 

During this time, access to Temple's network via the Vendor VPN website will be unavailable.

Windows Users: Once the maintenance is performed, Citrix Access Gateway will be automatically updated on your computer or you will be prompted to update it.

Mac Users: No action is required.

To ensure uninterrupted service, we suggest that you follow up with your vendors to make sure they have taken the appropriate steps to update their software. If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk through the tuhelp.temple.edu website or call 215-204-8000.
