To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services did perform TUportal and Banner maintenance on Saturday, October 30th.
During this period, TUportal and a number of Banner related university systems were unavailable. See timeline details below:
Timeline for TUportal and Banner
- From 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (Eastern time), TUportal was unavailable. During this time, a substitute page did appear with links to resources that did remain available, such as Canvas, TUmail, Zoom, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, MyHousing, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases.
- From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (Eastern time), TUportal was available, but you could not view any Banner-related information, such as information listed under the Staff Tools and Banner tabs. Students were not be able to view:
