Vendor VPN - Scheduled Maintenance

Current Status: Resolved

On Saturday, April 3rd from 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 4th (Eastern time), maintenance was performed on Temple's VPN infrastructure. During that time, access to Temple's network via the Vendor VPN website was unavailable.

Windows Users: Once the maintenance is performed, Citrix Access Gateway will be automatically updated on your computer or you will be prompted to update it.

Mac Users: No action is required. Vendors/guests have been notified about this maintenance.

To ensure uninterrupted service, we suggest that you follow up with your vendors to make sure they have taken the appropriate steps to update their software.
