TUportal and Banner System Maintenance Scheduled

Current Status: Scheduled Maintenance

To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services will perform TUportal and Banner maintenance on Saturday, April 3rd.   

During this period, TUportal and several Banner related university systems will be unavailable. See timeline details below:

Timeline for TUportal and Banner

  • From 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (Eastern time), TUportal will be unavailable. During this time, a substitute page will appear with links to resources that will remain available, such as Canvas, TUmail, Zoom, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, OWLbox, MyHousing, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases.
  • From 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon (Eastern time), TUportal will be available, but you will not be able to view any Banner-related information, such as information listed under the Staff Tools and Banner tabs. Students will not be able to view:

                  - Next Steps
                  - Student Feedback Forms
                  - Student Account
                  - Registration
                  - Records
                  - Personal Information

Note: If you are a student worker, you also will not be able to view your Pay and Tax Information and your Personal Information under Staff Tools.

In addition, TUmobile be available, but you will not be able to view your classes or grades.
