Tap Issue with OWLcard Mobile
Apple is aware of an issue in iOS 12.2 and watchOS 5.2 that affects only users who added their OWLcard in Apple Wallet before updating.
After downloading the update, users will be prompted for Touch ID or Face ID with every tap, even if Express Mode is turned on for their OWLcard. In some cases, Express Mode for OWLcard might stop working completely.
To resolve this issue, open the Wallet app, tap your OWLcard,  tap […], and tap to turn off Express Mode and then tap again to turn it back on. 
Apple is working on a fix in an upcoming software update.
