DUO SMS/Text Messaging and Phone Call for Multi-Factor Authentication
Please be advised that Call Me/Phone Option and SMS-Text Messaging for DUO Multifactor Authentication were intermitent for users starting at 2:00 p.m. EST until 7:15 p.m EST on Thursday, Feburary 13th. DUO has confirmed that this issue should now be resolved both SMS-Text Messaging and for the Call Me/Phone Call Authentication. The DUO App Push and Passcode options were not effected during this window of time. Information Technology Services will continue to monitor all updates issued by DUO regarding these services.
