We’ve confirmed with some users that reported the problem that they’re able to send and receive email as expected for Mac version 16.89, and we’ve determined that this issue is resolved.
Be advised that some users may be unable to receive or send email in Outlook for Mac version 16.89.
Microsoft provided this notification at the time: We've identified that an issue with the 16.89 version of Outlook for Mac is causing OneAuth authentication to fail, resulting in users potentially being unable to send or receive email. We suspect a recent change involving authentication configurations resulted in impact. We're testing a fix to disable this change as a potential remediating action.
Temple University Mac users experiencing this problem can still access their mail via the web at tumail.temple.edu or via the TUMail link in TUportal under TUapplications.
