TeamDynamix (TDX) our ITSM Ticketing System had performance issues starting at 9:47 a.m. until 4:31 p.m. on Monday, November 10th. The vendor, TDX, has confirmed service and access have returned. Updates can be found here: https://status.teamdynamix.com/
