Remote Access System Maintenance Scheduled for This Saturday (12/21)

On Saturday, December 21 from 12:01 am to approximately 6:00 am (Eastern Time), the following remote access systems will be unavailable due to system maintenance:

General Remote Access

• remoteproxy.temple.edu
• hrp.temple.edu

VPN Access

• remote.temple.edu
• HIPAA VPN
• Vendor VPN

Windows VPN Users: Once the maintenance is complete, the Citrix Secure Access Plug-In may automatically update the next time you log in. Otherwise, you will be prompted to update it.

New Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Prompt
Going forward, you will notice Temple's updated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompt when logging in to these sites. This is the same prompt you see when logging in to TUportal. To learn more about the prompt, see our previous announcement.
