To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services will be upgrading IBM Cognos:
Starting at 6:00 pm on Friday, December 6th through 6:00 pm on Saturday, December 7th
Please be aware that Cognos was unavailable during this time. If you have a report scheduled to run, please either disable it or reschedule it to run after 6:00 pm on Saturday, December th7.
The upgrade did involve installing IBM Cognos Analytics version 11.2.4 and upgrading the current RHEL 7 servers to RHEL 9. Note that you could be able to run all your existing Cognos reports once the upgrade was completed.
