To improve performance, Information Technology Services performed maintenance on virtual desktops (VDI) on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 from 1:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. While maintenance was performed, users were not able to log in to their virtual desktop and the virtual desktops were restarted multiple times.
Prepare Your Computer
To prepare for the maintenance:
Save your work at the end of the workday.
Close any open programs.
Log out of your virtual desktop.
