On Sunday, June 11th, 2023, 10:30 a.m. until 11:15 a.m., access to TUmail via tumail.temple.edu was unavailable. Visitors to the website received a 503 error message. The work around was to login to the direct Microsoft website here with your accessnetusername@temple.edu and click the Outlook App icon. Please note that this did not impact TUmail setup on an email client or mobile device. If you're still seeing a 503 error message, please clear your browser cache and try again.
