Current Status: Intermittent

Please be advised that some Residence Hall users are reporting an issue with connecting a Smart Device - Game Console, TV, etc - to the TUresnetextra wireless network. When registered, the device does not connect to the internet. IT Services has identified the issue and is monitoring the situation while a resolution is implemented. If you're having an issue with your connection and your device is registered, please submit a ticket through TUhelp.
