Some students are receiving an authentication error when trying to access Parchment. Unfortunately, this is a Parchment issue, when students try to access Parchment through SSO in TUportal, the students will see this error if they are impacted:

Users should contact Parchment directly at https://parchmentsupport.force.com/s/contactsupport?language=en_US
Parchment will follow up with clients who contact them directly.
