IT Services has received a few reports concerning an issue with connecting devices such as Game Consoles and Smart TV's to the TUResnetextra wireless network. If you previously registered a device for the TUResnetextra wireless network and it is no longer connecting or it never connected, please submit a ticket online through TUhelp. When submitting your ticket, please include your Building and Room location, Device Name (e.g. PS5, Roku TV, etc), and Wireless MAC Address. IT Services is actively investigating the issue.
