TUportal and Banner System Maintenance Scheduled

Current Status: Resolved

To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services performed TUportal and Banner maintenance on:

  • Saturday, February 26th starting at 9:00 pm through 2:30 pm (Eastern time) on Sunday, February 27th

During that time, users may have experienced intermittent outages when accessing TUportal and a number of Banner and related university systems.

In addition, please be aware that Appworx was unavailable for the entire maintenance period.

TUmobile was available, except for possible intermittent interruptions when viewing your classes or grades.

Note: Systems such as Canvas, TUmail, Zoom, Microsoft 365 including OneDrive, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases remained available during the maintenance period.
