VPN Maintenance

Current Status: Resolved

On Saturday, November 20th from 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 21st (EST) maintenance was performed on Temple's VPN infrastructure. During that time, users were not able to connect to Temple's network using the following websites:

• remote.temple.edu

• vdrvpn.temple.edu

• hipaavpn.temple.edu

Windows Users: Once the maintenance is performed, Citrix Access Gateway will be automatically updated on your computer or you will be prompted to update it.

Mac Users: No action is required.
