Please be advised that a new phishing scam has shown up in the email boxes of some Temple University users. This specific scam references a "Direct Deposit confirmation" in the SUBJECT LINE in the scam email message sent. A more detailed example of the email message can be found below.
If you receive such an email, DO NOT click on any of the links, visit the web site, or respond to the message -- simply delete the message.
If you have responded to the message, call the Help Desk at (215) 204-8000 and select option 2 to speak to a Help Desk representative.
