To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services performs TUportal maintenance the first Saturday of every month from 10:00 am to noon. (This window expands, however, when a major upgrade is scheduled.)
The next maintenance period will occur on:
Saturday, January 4, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. During this time, TUportal will be unavailable. Note that systems such as Canvas, MyHousing, TUmail, OWLbox, Zoom, WebEx, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases will remain available. When you go to tuportal.temple.edu, you can access them and other resources through links presented on a substitute page. In addition, TUmobile will be available, but you will not be able to view your classes or grades.
