To keep our systems current and to provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services performed TUportal and Banner maintenance on Saturday, September 18th.
During some of the period, TUportal and a number of Banner and related university systems were unavailable. See timeline details below:
Timeline for TUportal and Banner
From 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (Eastern time), TUportal will be unavailable. During this time, a substitute page will appear with links to resources that will remain available, such as Canvas, TUmail, Zoom, Microsoft 365 including OneDrive, MyHousing, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases.
From 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Eastern time), TUportal will be available, but you will not be able to view any Banner-related information, such as information listed under the Staff Tools and Banner tabs. Students will not be able to view:
