TUportal and Banner System Maintenance Scheduled for this Saturday (12/5)

Current Status: Resolved

To keep our systems current and provide the latest functionality, Information Technology Services performed TUportal and Banner maintenance on Saturday, December 5th.

During some of this period, TUportal and several Banner related university systems were not unavailable. See timeline details below: 

Timeline for TUportal and Banner

  • From 7:00 am to 7:30 am, TUportal was unavailable. During this time, a substitute page appeared with links to resources that remained available, such as Canvas, TUmail, Zoom, OWLbox, MyHousing, Diamond Dollars and the TUlibrary databases.
  • From 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, TUportal was available, but you were not be able to view any Banner-related information, such as information listed under the Staff Tools and Banner tabs. Students were not able to view:

                  - Next Steps
                  - Student Feedback Forms
                  - Student Account
                  - Registration
                  - Records
                  - Personal Information

Note: If you are a student worker, you also were not able to view Pay and Tax Information and Personal Information under Staff Tools.

In addition, TUmobile was available, but you were not be able to view your classes or grades.
